Shipping:

• We currently ship Australia-wide.
• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier delays.
• Local delivery may be available within selected Perth areas.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details where applicable.

Returns & Refunds:

Due to the nature of pet products and treats, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
