Returns & Refunds:

Due to the nature of pet treats and pet products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.

Pets should always be supervised while using toys, treats or accessories purchased from Waggles & Co.

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are suitable for their pet.
